We are seeking a skilled professional to lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within the Banking/Payments domain. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and oversee test planning, design, execution, and defect management across releases.

Location: Weehawken, NJ. 3 days onsite. 2 remote. Duration: 6 months + possible extension Rate Range: $35 - $49/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall experience in QA/testing, preferably not exceeding 15 years.
• Strong domain testing combination profile in Banking/Payments.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead managing large-scale programs.
• Prior experience with Tier-1 investment banks (e.g., JP Morgan, Brokerage) is highly preferred.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within the Banking/Payments domain.
• Manage and oversee test planning, test design, execution, and defect management across releases.
• Act as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders, product teams, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Drive UAT cycles, including test case creation, execution oversight, and business sign-off coordination.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by enforcing testing best practices, governance, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
