Electrical Assembler – NOW HIRING

Shift & Schedule

• Location: Palmetto, FL
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 8‑hour days (example: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday — NO WEEKEND WORK

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-focused Assembler to join our production team in Palmetto, FL. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test electrical components and subassemblies used in commercial and industrial equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions accurately, and thrives in a steady, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, wiring, harnesses, and subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions.
• Perform tasks such as soldering, crimping, wire routing, and cable harness fabrication.
• Use hand tools, power tools, crimpers, soldering irons, and measurement equipment to complete and inspect assemblies.
• Review completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and help resolve assembly or quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and labels.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while adhering to all safety and 5S/Lean practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and engineering staff to meet production goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Prior electrical assembly experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of wiring, crimping, soldering, and basic electrical components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly setting
• Familiarity with Lean/5S workplace practices
• Ability to work independently once trained

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Palmetto,FL.
