Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader – Tree Care to lead commercial tree maintenance projects. In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise crew members, coordinate daily work, and ensure safe, efficient completion of pruning, removals, and stump grinding. Operate and oversee use of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment following strict safety standards. Read work orders, plan job layouts, and communicate with supervisors and clients on progress and site conditions. Train teammates, model professionalism, and help maintain equipment.
