Sales Account Manager
Location: Allentown, PA (on site plus travel locally)
Salary: $50k - $60k DOE plus commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm or 8am-5pm, in office 40 hours in office

Leading signs and banner print solutions manufacturer located in Allentown, PA is in need of a Sales Account Manager to join the team!

Duties:

• Own and grow a portfolio of new, high-potential customer accounts through creative outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, referral, and expansion opportunities by monitoring customer order trends, and driving repeat purchasing behavior.
• Forecast customer signage needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Engage customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Facilitate smooth handovers to the Customer Happiness Team and Graphic Design Team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor account performance and contribute insights on growth trends and opportunities.
• Travel locally using personal vehicle to support relationship building and growth initiatives with mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience growing customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, or account expansion.
• Experience analyzing customer data and sales trends.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer solutions

Must be able to travel locally using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
