Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and utilities, including HVAC, process equipment, electrical systems, controls, and related building equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and support safe daily facility operations. Serve as the equipment responsible person (ERP) for assigned equipment, including inspections, calibrations, verifications, and accurate documentation in SAP and LIMS. Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex facility issues while following applicable SOPs, codes, standards, and site safety requirements. Coordinate maintenance work with facility staff, internal teams, and third-party contractors to support quality execution and timely completion. Maintain spare parts inventory and procure materials, tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance and project work. Support EH&S, environmental, quality, life critical standards, lockout/tagout, safe work permitting, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements. Identify and support improvements that enhance safety, performance, efficiency, sustainability, and equipment reliability.
