Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, cultivating rapport and trust while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress and stability, ensuring they are informed about upcoming appointments and potential discharge plans.

• Design, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and personal goals.

• Keep precise and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, to track each individual's journey and outcomes effectively.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to ascertain their specific mental health needs and appropriate treatment paths.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions regularly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to foster personal development and professional growth.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals, families, and children from various backgrounds, each seeking support for different mental health challenges. You will address a variety of conditions, providing services that emphasize safety, stability, and empowerment within outpatient settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfortable and experienced in conducting intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our employees can anticipate a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, assuring recognition for your skills and expertise in the field.
