Client Experience Host - Aventura Mall

Summary The Client Experience Host is a frontline showrooms role responsible for delivering a World Class Client Experience to every visitor. They welcome and engage clients, support showroom hospitality, and assist Sales Consultants to ensure personalized, high-touch service. The host maintains showroom standards, uses CRM to tailor experiences, and upholds confidentiality and company procedures. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients in a timely and professional manner and act as first point of contact. Use CRM and client research to facilitate personalized and memorable client experiences. Support hospitality within the showroom, ensuring client experience stations are well stocked and maintained. Assist Sales Consultants and VIP room service to enhance the individual client journey. Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policy and data confidentiality. Complete required training, attend departmental meetings, and recommend improvements to systems and procedures. Requirements Experience in hospitality preferred; jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships. Basic selling techniques and ability to support a high-performing team. IT literate, organized, flexible, and able to multitask.
