Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map and optimize cross-functional workflows across the ecosystem. You will partner with Sales Operations, IT, Product, Finance and other leaders to redesign processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities include end-to-end process discovery, SOP creation, KPI/SLAs, and collaboration with IT to automate business processes using enterprise technologies.
