Data Solution Architect

Position Overview Associate Data Solution Architect – Fulfillment Process and Performance team, Everett, WA, 1st Shift. Responsibilities Manage customer consultations within manufacturing environments, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, operations, and analytics, to align data initiatives with business goals. Design and implement scalable data solutions that address business needs, improve decision-making, and support manufacturing processes. Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations of technical solutions and project status to senior leadership and stakeholders. Architect, build, and maintain robust data infrastructure, including data pipelines, storage, and integration components, to support analytics and operational systems. Basic Qualifications (Required) 2+ years of experience working in a Data Solution Architect role within a manufacturing or automotive environment or equivalent. 2+ years of experience with data analytics and integration. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (such as technology, engineering, supply chain, or Data Science) or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership. Experience working with customers in a manufacturing environment. Total Rewards Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
