HR Manager - September 2026 start

Position: HR Manager Location: Sheffield Start date: September 2026 Contract type: TBC Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only Unique School Solutions are supporting a school in Sheffield, who are needing to appoint a HR manager from September 2026. Your role will be to lead, manage, and deliver a comprehensive and legally compliant HR service for the school. The post holder will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration, ensuring strict adherence to safer recruitment guidelines and education employment law. The role is to start in September and will either be a permanent position or a temp to perm after a 12 week period.
