What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help maximize equipment uptime while supporting production, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
• Install, repair, and adjust motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and production equipment
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Work closely with Production to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve machine reliability
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation using our CMMS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, continuous improvement, and capital projects
• Follow all food safety, GMP, SQF, and workplace safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
• Welding and fabrication experience (TIG preferred)
• Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and industrial controls
• Ability to safely work with electrical systems up to 480V three-phase
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

This is an active maintenance position requiring the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in production areas throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Work in refrigerated, wet, and manufacturing environments
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic equipment
• Participate in overtime or emergency repairs when needed
