If engineering excellence and innovation are in your DNA, this role calls for your blend of technical acumen and visionary leadership, central to evolving our CNC Machining/Tooling Department’s efficiency, quality, and innovation.Key Roles You’ll Master:Drive machine performance to achieve optimal efficiency levels.Deliver accurate cycle time quotations from prints or CAD modeling.Inspire operators with coaching and hands-on training.Apply expertise to refine setups and programs to enhance cycle efficiencies.Handle work in progress updates and senior leadership communications with prowess.Establishing and monitoring robust performance metrics and standard procedures.Boost productivity, reduce scrap waste.Engage in innovative process equipment recommendations.Develop workflow and part completion processes intricately.Collaborate with Quality teams for ongoing inspection development.Enthusiastically advocate company safety initiatives.Your Toolkit:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.Seasoned in machine shop settings.5 to 10 years of CNC expertise.Proficiency with lathes, mills, and CNC programming.Adept in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing.Comprehensive knowledge of advanced machining and technology.Capacity forecasting and strategic planning skills.Exceptional communication abilities.Proven leadership qualities.Strong problem-solving orientation.Experience in TPM, Setup Reduction, Kaizen.Quality control, SPC knowledge for meticulous inspection practices.ERP/MRP II systems familiarity.Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing tech tools.Bilingualism considered a plus.Responsibilities Unveiled:Designing/procuring precise tooling solutions.CNC machine programming mastery.Part conformance inspection using advanced measurement tools.Tool innovation to meet project demands.Setup sheet creation for machinists’ guidance.Flow efficiency for flawless production operations.Encourage process improvements and equipment layout alterations.Plan for upscaling and new machinery investments.Machine maintenance program development.Manage priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, and customer satisfaction is exceeded.Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.Maintain spotless, organized workspaces through 5S application.Foster respectful, clear communication, honoring confidentiality always.Adapt other dynamic duties as needed.Join an environment that energizes your creativity and strategic thinking at Dynamic Manufacturing.
