Sales Consultant
We're partnered with a fast-growing exterior remodeling and storm restoration company offering a high-upside opportunity for driven Sales Consultants. This Sales Consultant role is ideal for those comfortable generating their own leads, managing the full sales cycle, and working directly with homeowners in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach
- Run in-home sales appointments
- Manage projects (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
- Work storm events and build pipeline
- Track activity in CRM
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience (door-to-door or in-home preferred)
- Background in roofing, solar, windows, or remodeling is a plus
- Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
- $70K non-recoverable draw
- Uncapped commission (paid on revenue)
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Top performers: $300K+
