AEGIS Training Analyst — Naval Curricula & Readiness

This AEGIS Training Analyst will be on a dynamic team, reviewing, developing, and providing support for Combat Systems–related curricula and systems at SCSTC in San Diego, CA. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact toward our military defense and safety of our Sailors. In this role, you will: Be involved with developing technical courses to meet training needs and delivering training to end‑users. Analyze recommended changes and determine impact on system readiness and user functionality. Conduct training needs assessment, review and evaluation of Personnel Qualification Standards, training programs recommending changes to curriculum, course content and Rate Training Manuals (RTMs) as appropriate. Maintain up‑to‑date technical resource library. Qualifications An Active DoD Secret security clearance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of U.S. Navy experience with recent operational experience in a U.S. Navy Surface Combat Systems and recent operational experience aboard a U.S. Navy Surface Force ship class. A High School Diploma and 6 years of U.S. Navy experience with recent operational experience in a U.S. Navy Surface Combat Systems and recent operational experience aboard a U.S. Navy Surface Force ship class.
