- Support Staff Available: Physicians, APPs, RNs
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Board: ABEM or Board Eligible
- Licenses: Active unrestricted VA Medical License
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA with VA address, schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4,5
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (if not board certified)
- Experience: Residency completion
- Other Qualifications: Flu vaccine, Case Logs for past 2 years, CME documentation, Sedation Quiz
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
- Manage acute medical and trauma emergencies, including resuscitation and stabilization.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and nursing staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Perform emergency procedures such as conscious sedation, intubations, central line placement, and wound management.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Meditech EMR system.
