Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services in accordance with the needs of clients, utilizing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed methodologies to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage with clients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive case management, which involves gathering pertinent client information, identifying needs, and referring clients to suitable community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete billing as per agency requirements, contributing to the operational efficiency of the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including educational institutions and community partners, to facilitate coordinated care.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings to provide insights on program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to after-hours calls and fulfill on-call duties as required, extending support to clients in crisis situations.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability in attending work, fostering a reliable presence in our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of clients across various demographics, focusing on their unique mental health needs. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing care in accordance with ethical standards and adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience dealing with a diverse client population, utilizing culturally competent approaches to service delivery.
• Previous work in community health settings or with multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
