BCBA: Full-Time, Small Caseload, $6k Incentive

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hamilton, NJ to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will regularly review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans. The role involves coordinating with families, supervising staff, and ensuring ethical ABA practices in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
