Role Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our on-site team in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. This full-time role involves designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing process controls, and analyzing and solving process-related challenges. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering
Strong skills in Process Control and Analytical Skills
Educational background or experience in Electrical Engineering
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
