Technical Lead - Native Mobile App (iOS) – Wayne, Michigan Job Summary The iOS Engineer will support innovation initiatives by delivering enhancements and addressing support tickets for the FordPass mobile application, based on prioritization from Client IT and Product Management teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance native iOS features for FordPass applications. Fix defects and implement prioritized enhancements. Support innovation initiatives and technical improvements. Collaborate with QA and automation teams for validation. Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and quality standards. Maintain technical documentation where applicable. Required Skills & Tools Strong expertise in native iOS development. Proficiency with Xcode and iOS SDK. Experience with GitHub-based workflows. Familiarity with CI/CD and code quality tools. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Other Requirements Optional but Valuable Certifications: Apple Certified iOS Developer, Agile Certified. Maximum Salary (US): 128000 Minimum Salary (US): 69000 Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
