Title: AI / ML Engineer - Modern AI Stack

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI/ML and GenAI solutions using cloud-native architectures.
Develop models for NLP, predictive analytics, classification, and anomaly detection.
Implement LLM-based solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
Perform data ingestion, feature engineering, and validation on structured and unstructured data.
Deploy models using containerized and MLOps best practices; support monitoring and retraining.
Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Ensure Responsible AI, security, and compliance standards are met.

Must Have / Required:

4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
Strong Python skills with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML solutions.
Practical exposure to GenAI / LLM concepts (RAG, embeddings, prompting).
Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Strong communication skills.
