Midwestern Main Street St. Charles | St. Charles, MO

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and ensure satisfaction.
- Food and Beverage Service: Provide timely service of drinks and food items to patrons.
- Bar Operations: Mix and pour beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Bar Preparation: Prepare the bar for service, including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Assist in bar stocking and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and classic cocktails.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and bar setup.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Schedule
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
