Site Supervisor — Full Time — Fulton, MO Wage: $18.50/HR Available Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm Join our team at Securitas where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving elite training in safety and security. We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a supervisor position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company. Our elite team always creates a safe and secure environment by deterring, observing, and reporting. What Your Day May Look Like Supervise and support a team of security officers on site. Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols. Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times. Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outlines tasks and responsibilities. Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively. Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated. Valid driver's license and clear driving record required. High school diploma or GED required. Previous supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field preferred. Advanced computer / technology skills needed. Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills. Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills required. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations. Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift. All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
