LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated LPN to administer flu vaccinations within an outpatient setting, supporting Montefiore associates during flu season. The candidate will ensure efficient and safe delivery of immunizations in a clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer flu vaccines to patients and staff following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all immunizations administered.
• Follow vaccination policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Assist in managing the flu pod operations during scheduled hours.
• Educate patients and staff on vaccination benefits and post-vaccination care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Previous experience administering vaccines preferred.
• Knowledge of immunization protocols and infection control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Must be comfortable paying for parking as required.
