Director, GMP Manufacturing & Regulatory Readiness

Medline Industries in Waukegan, IL seeks a Director of Manufacturing to lead its ReadyCare site through a major transformation toward full-cycle pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring cGMP compliance and strong operations discipline.

You will oversee ~150 employees across three shifts, drive regulatory remediation with Quality and Regulatory, and restart key product lines while building capability and readiness for future expansion.
