What We Need: Obagi is seeking a reliable and meticulous Regulatory Affairs Associate to help the Regulatory team ensure global compliance across its collection of skincare products. This individual will help organize, manage, and maintain files across our databases and platforms, along with ensuring that all files adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements across the jurisdictions where our operations extend. What You’ll Do: Reviewing ingredients for regulatory compliance for different markets and product categories. Partner withmanufacturersand ingredient suppliers toacquireall necessary documentationtomaintainan accuratelibrary of robust products and raw materials. Prepare, compile, and organizeall relevant documentation for product registrations and listings. Ensurenewals for state licenses. Maintainbusiness systems, databases, and knowledge sharing systems asappropriate. Coordinate FDA Drug Listing submissions for Rx and OTC products under supervisionfrom Regulatory Leadership Ensureappropriate follow-upcorrespondence, such as re-submissions, re-certifications, renewalsasrequired. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. What You’ll Need: A bachelor’s degreefrom an accrediteduniversityisrequired. AfocusinLife SciencesorChemistryishighly preferred. At least3-4+ years of relevant experience within regulatoryaffairs; familiarity with regulatoryframeworks across variousjurisdictionsand a keenability to accurately interpretand applythemreal time. Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time managementskills;demonstratedability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Comfortable operating in a fast paced,ever-changingenvironment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and other technologies. Anenergetic,positive attitude that encouragesa team andsupports the growth and professional development of others.
