Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Role Overview: Responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans within the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy department. Acts as the primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Reviews and executes physician and nursing orders, assesses patient needs, and collaborates on discharge planning. Key Responsibilities Implement and oversee patient care plans, ensuring accurate communication of patient conditions. Coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts for optimal patient outcomes. Follow physician and nursing directives precisely. Assist in discharge planning with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or applicable multi-state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure. Preferred: 2+ years of nursing experience and wound care expertise.
