BA with LMS (Learning Management System) @ Sunnyvale, CA - C2C Contract

REQUIREMENT

Job Title: BA with LMS (Learning Management System)

Location: Sunnyvale CA - Onsite 5 days a week

Duration: 6 + Months

Mid-Level LMS Business Systems Analyst

LMS experience is must.

Job Responsibilities :

Current State Analysis :

- Conduct detailed assessments of documents of existing LMS systems, content vendor integrations, and business unit processes to understand current operations.
- This will require reviewing the documents as well as working with solution architect
- Partner with QA team, solution architect to automate testing process

Documentation:

- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
- Document existing/current workflows, configurations, and user interactions with the LMS
- Maintain an organized repository of documentation for access by QA, offshore team, and business

Testing and Validation:

- Develop test plans and scenarios to validate current state solutions meet business requirements.
- Create videos of test cases that QA will use for automation
- Document test results and work with technical teams to resolve any issues.

Gap Analysis:

- Perform root cause analysis to address system inefficiencies and recommend improvements mainly around manual processes that can be automated in the current state

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
Experience with business systems, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to work independently, be curious, persistent to gather information
