TOYO Solar is expanding its U.S. solar manufacturing platform in Humble, Texas, with a planned 2GW solar module manufacturing capacity, including 1GW already operational and an additional 1GW expected to commence operations in Q3 2026. In parallel, TOYO is developing a state-of-the-art 1.5GW Heterojunction (HJT) solar cell manufacturing facility in the Houston metropolitan area, which will be co-located with its existing module operations to create an integrated domestic manufacturing hub for high-efficiency, U.S.-made solar products. As we embark on this exciting new phase of growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Expense & Fund Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate expense management, efficient fund operations, and robust financial controls across our U.S. manufacturing platform. Position Overview: This role will primarily focus on expense review and accounting, bank payment processing, accounts payable coordination, credit card expense management, bank reconciliation, and treasury reporting to support TOYO's growing U.S. manufacturing operations. The Expense & Fund Accountant serves as a key member of the Finance Department, responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's expense management policies, maintaining accurate financial records in the INFO-ERP system, and supporting both internal financial reporting and external audit processes. The role also involves close collaboration with the procurement department and the Group Treasury Management Department to ensure smooth payment workflows and timely financial data synchronization. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: lReview various expenses in accordance with the company's expense management policies and regulations, and be responsible for accounting entries and booking in the INFO-ERP system. lHandle online banking payment voucher creation (网银制单) for bank cashier payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment authorization procedures. lManage the AP (Accounts Payable) email account; upon completion of supplier payments, send payment confirmation screenshots to the procurement department's payment requesters via the AP email. lReview company credit card expenditure details and prepare monthly credit card usage analysis reports, identifying trends and potential cost optimization opportunities. lPerform month-end bank balance reconciliation against ERP records to ensure consistency, and send bank statements to the Group Treasury Management Department on a monthly basis. lSupport auditors during audit periods by preparing and providing relevant audit materials, schedules, and supporting documentation. lPrepare monthly expense analysis reports, providing insights into spending patterns and supporting management decision-making. lPrepare and maintain the LC (Letter of Credit) ledger and BOND ledger, and synchronize these records to the Group Treasury Management Department on a monthly basis. Qualifications lProficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred to facilitate communication with the Group Finance and Treasury teams. lBachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. l3+ years of experience in expense accounting, fund management, accounts payable, or related accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational corporate environment. lProficiency in ERP systems (experience with INFO-ERP is a plus) and online banking payment platforms; solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. lFamiliarity with accounts payable processes, bank reconciliation procedures, and corporate credit card expense management. lExperience with LC (Letter of Credit) and BOND ledger management is preferred; exposure to treasury operations is a plus. lStrong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear and insightful financial analysis reports. lExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet month-end closing deadlines. lAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, audit, and Group Treasury Management. lAdapt to domestic business trips or travelling abroad as needed.
