Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Location

Corsicana, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department setting
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering safe and effective emergency nursing care
• Utilize EMR system (Medhost-EDIS) for accurate and timely documentation
• Apply clinical knowledge consistent with Level IV Trauma care standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (must meet state requirements)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Level IV Trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with Medhost-EDIS or similar emergency department EMR platforms
