Description As the Director of Direct Channels & OTA, you will be at the forefront of hotel distribution for our All-Inclusive properties, driving revenue growth by harnessing the full potential of every distribution channel. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with property teams to ensure seamless group and wholesale reservations, setting the stage for operational excellence. You’ll champion top-tier performance within the GDS channel, proactively tracking the impact of each channel on our hotels and uncovering new opportunities for expansion—especially as we welcome new acquisitions and conversions. Your leadership will pave the way for innovation, efficiency, and revenue optimization across our portfolio. Key Skills / Responsibilities Lead and oversee hotel distribution strategies for All-Inclusive properties, focusing on maximizing revenue through direct channels and Online Travel Agencies (OTA). Collaborate with property teams to streamline group and wholesale reservation processes, ensuring operational excellence. Optimize content, rates, and availability across various global distribution channels, including GDS. Establish and share best practices for group block building, reservation entry, wholesale blackout calendar management, and billing details. Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of each distribution channel, identifying new opportunities for growth, especially during acquisitions and conversions. Master the use of global distribution systems and consortia accounts to maximize revenue from these channels. Conduct regular reviews of the property portfolio to ensure continued channel optimization and revenue growth. Act as a liaison with GDS providers to implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends. Drive innovation and efficiency in distribution operations, continuously seeking ways to optimize revenue across all properties. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Hotel Administration, or other related field or the equivalent experience. Minimum of three years’ Reservations or Group experience. Highly analytical and able to process and distill large quantities of data with expert level experience in Excel. Experience with multi-site organizations. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
