Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $37.00+ (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient function through formal/informal testing across skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals
• Implement and modify treatment regimes in coordination with physicians and team members
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and home exercises
• Supervise and delegate to Phys Ther Assistants, Aides, and students
• Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and changes in condition
• Promote patient safety, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and assist with equipment support
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and community education efforts

What You Need

• Valid Michigan State Physical Therapy License and BLS certification
• 1+ years of outpatient and inpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
