Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required
• No new grads

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Flex schedule available and required when needed
• Point-of-service documentation using NetHealth on iPad
• 88% productivity expectation
• Occasional float to another facility may be required
• If not vaccinated for COVID-19, a signed risk acknowledgment form is required
