We are an in-person specialized nutrition clinic where the entire clinical team consists of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), ensuring expert, focused care in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). We primarily operate through insurance-based services, and most patients (approximately 99% pay $0 out-of-pocket) depending on their insurance plan. Our clinic serves a diverse and multicultural patient population, providing personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our growing team. W2 Position (Part-Time or Full-Time) Hourly Pay: $35 - 55$ /hour (NOT per patient) Stable income and consistent schedule This position offers: In-person Hybrid Work Setting In-Person Visits (Bridgeview Clinic) Flexible Schedule Key Responsibilities Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients with conditions including: Diabetes Cardiovascular Disease Weight Management Additional responsibilities: Provide individualized nutrition counseling and meal planning Conduct telehealth and/or in-person consultations Educate patients (English required, Spanish preferred) Follow HIPAA and Illinois documentation standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Preferred Qualifications Spanish-speaking ( preferred) Experience in outpatient or insurance-based nutrition practice Strong motivational interviewing skills Ability to work independently and within a team Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time W2) $35-$55/hour guaranteed based on experience no per-patient pay, stable Medical Insurance 401(k) 10 PTO Days Performance Bonuses Continuing Education Support CEU & Licensing Reimbursement Collaborative and supportive team culture Why Join Our Team?
