MOVE COORDINATOR

Logistics, Equipment & Yard Operations | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Move Coordinator who knows how to operate equipment, manage movement, and keep assets in top shape. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, safety, and execution-and it matters.

The Role

You will be responsible for moving boats, equipment, and assets efficiently and safely across the property. This is not a desk job. It’s for someone who’s comfortable with trucks, tractors, trailers, and real accountability.

Core Responsibilities

• Operating trucks, tractors, and tow vehicles
• Moving boats and equipment safely across marina grounds
• Basic trailer inspection, upkeep, and readiness checks
• Coordinating moves with operations, service, and dock teams
• Maintaining yard order, safety lanes, and equipment staging
• Identifying issues before they become problems

• Experience operating trucks and tractors
• Comfortable working with trailers and basic mechanical awareness
