About the Role
Were looking for a Sales Professional with a technical backgroundsomeone who can build trust with homeowners, communicate clearly, and confidently walk them through their electrical service needs.
Youll be trained to follow a very specific, proven sales process designed to educatenot pressurecustomers on solutions for safer, more efficient homes. This role combines field sales, technical evaluation, and customer service in the growing residential service industry.
This is NOT a cold-calling or door-to-door sales job. Youll meet with homeowners who already requested service, and youll be their trusted advisorhelping them understand their options and move forward with confidence.
Key Responsibilities

• Follow our detailed, step-by-step sales and consultation process with every homeowner
• Present customized options for residential electrical upgrades and repairs
• Work side-by-side with licensed electricians to evaluate and communicate job scope
• Ensure 5-star service through professionalism, empathy, and thorough follow-through
• Maintain accurate documentation using our mobile service software
