Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active California Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Experience in pediatric or school-based OT settings strongly preferred
• Strong ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services for school-aged children in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop evaluation reports for students requiring services
• Design and implement therapy interventions to promote functional and academic success
• Monitor, record, and report student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
• Consult and communicate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with established procedures
• Stay current with best practices, standards, and legal requirements within the field
