Available Roles Lead Infant Teacher: Working with children 6 weeks – 14 months old Lead Toddler Teacher: Working with children 15 months – 2.8 years old Schedule Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Leads must be able to work until 6:00pm one out of every four weeks Compensation $22.00 – $25.00 per hour for Lead Teachers; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education. Responsibilities include: Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration Maintaining active supervision of children at all times Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment What We're Looking For You must meet one of the following for Lead Teacher position: Massachusetts EEC Certification Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field Completed college course in Child Development from birth to 7- or 8-years-old Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs Must pass required background checks Don't meet every qualification?
