Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric inpatient care in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Follow established clinical protocols and guidelines
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency consultations as needed
• Support family-centered care through compassionate communication

What You Need

• Valid California medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• At least 0 years of pediatric hospitalist experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care
