Executive Director - 100+ Unit Assisted Living Community The “Company” is a newly launched Senior Housing operator headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT. We operate large Independent and Assisted Living communities in the Western United States. The management team is very experienced in the industry and is searching for a candidate that is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management. Our goal is to grow through acquisition and become one of the largest senior living operators in the country. Join us on this exciting adventure. Responsibilities Lead and manage approximately 60 employees. Recruit, hire, train, and coordinate staffing for the community. Oversee the 100+ unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Phoenix, AZ. Maintain financial performance by managing budgets, income statements, and spend‑down reports. Participate in weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors in the Company. Qualifications Strong critical thinker and problem solver. Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no direction (entrepreneurial). 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Director in the senior living industry.
