Production Worker – All Shifts Available

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift

Pay: $17-$22/hour

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Production Workers for multiple facilities throughout the Carlisle to Middletown, PA area. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for stable work with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality and productivity goals are met
• Perform routine checks and report any equipment or product issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production quotas and deadlines

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
