Healthcare Recruiter

Job Overview As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will primarily be responsible for recruiting new candidates and managing current field staff. You will train new employees, provide orientation assistance, determine applicant qualifications through interviews and reference checks, attract applicants via job advertisements, negotiate salaries, complete staff schedules, manage time‑and‑attendance issues, maintain client confidentiality, rotate shifts as part of the on‑call schedule, schedule new admissions, manage client care schedules, provide customer service to clients and external employees, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager. Responsibilities Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff. Train new employees and provide orientation assistance. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on websites and other sources. Negotiate salaries with candidates and external employees. Complete staff schedules upon authorization. Assist with external employees’ time and attendance issues and verify time sheets against schedule. Adhere to client confidentiality and rotate shifts as part of the on‑call schedule. Schedule new admissions and provide non‑clinical information to caregivers. Manage client care schedules. Provide customer service to clients and external employees. Perform additional duties assigned by the Recruiting Manager. Qualifications High school education; associate’s degree preferred. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written; additional languages preferred. Previous customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Fit within MGA culture. Ability to pass a background check. Benefits Annual base salary of $57,000. Quarterly bonus incentive – uncapped. Health, dental & vision coverage.
