About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to serve as a senior executive leader dedicated to the mission of ending homelessness through housing solutions. The CIO will be responsible for measuring, accelerating, and amplifying the organization's success in this area. This includes advancing organizational excellence through strategic partnerships, operational alignment, performance management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will lead system-change efforts to strengthen coordination and integration between the organization and non-housing systems, such as healthcare, behavioral health, and public benefits, and will be instrumental in scaling new models of care and service integrated with health care. Candidates for the CIO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role. The role requires a collaborative and visionary leader with strong operational, sustainability strategy, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities. Key responsibilities include leading the organization's data strategy, performance analytics, and KPI framework, as well as overseeing government reporting, compliance, and contract management. The CIO will also be expected to have a strong understanding of systems coordination and integrated service delivery models, particularly in the context of healthcare, behavioral health, and housing. Experience in Medicaid program implementation, value-based care arrangements, and a commitment to trauma-informed, equity-centered, and client-focused practices are essential.
