Class A Driver - Local St. Louis Delivery Position in St. Louis, MO 63147

Route & Home Time

Local deliveries throughout the St. Louis area
Home almost daily
One overnight hotel stay per week for deliveries to Indiana and back to St. Louis
Ideal opportunity for a Class A Driver seeking consistent routes and excellent home time

Equipment

Late-model tractor with automatic transmission
45' trailer equipped with a rear-mounted Donkey Forklift
Well-maintained equipment designed to support a professional Class A Driver

Job Responsibilities

Deliver pet food products to stores and distribution centers
Complete 8-10 stops per day
Hand unload product using an electric pallet jack
Secure freight by properly strapping loads
Safely operate the Donkey Forklift when required
Represent the company with professionalism as a Class A Driver
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards expected of a Class A Driver

Training & Requirements

Paid week-long training provided for Donkey Forklift and electric pallet jack operation
Steel-toe boots required
Valid Class A CDL required
Previous experience as a Class A Driver is preferred but not required
Strong safety record and commitment to customer service
Reliable and motivated Class A Driver with excellent time management skills
