Eagle Restoration of Marion County is a family-owned business seeking a dependable restoration technician with approximately 2–4 years of restoration experience and, or construction experience. (IICRC WRT certification preferred)

What you’ll do

• Perform water extraction and assist with structural drying and damage assessments.
• Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and related equipment.
• Take accurate moisture readings, recognize drying trends, and report changing conditions.
• Install and maintain containment and protective barriers.
• Perform authorized damaged-material removal, detailed cleaning, and mold remediation support within your training.
• Protect and carefully handle customer belongings.
• Complete clear job notes, photographs, and documentation.
• Clean, inspect, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures, required PPE practices, and applicable IICRC guidelines.

What we’re looking for

• Approximately 2-4 years of restoration and or construction experience .
• Ability to complete routine restoration tasks with limited supervision while following the lead technician’s plan.
• Initiative to anticipate the next step, prepare materials, and keep work moving.
• Dependability, punctuality, honesty, a good attitude, and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
• Ability to recognize problems early, communicate concerns, and stay within authorized scope.
• A valid Florida driver’s license and clean background.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, and damaged or dirty environments.
• Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
