About the Role:

The Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, plays a critical role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. The Assistant Manager will contribute to achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. This role requires strong leadership to motivate and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the Assistant Manager helps drive the store's success by balancing operational excellence with exceptional customer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service or retail industry.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in pizza or quick-service dining.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product quality.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to achieve store revenue goals.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory for management review.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
