Pay: $1,350 to $1,450 weekly | Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook | Location: Greensboro, NC 27401

Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast, and we're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for practical regional coverage with steady route planning, consistent weekday miles, and dependable weekend home time.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. This setup supports productive weekday freight movement while keeping trips manageable.

• Roughly half of all freight is drop and hook to help reduce dock delays
• All freight is no-touch, keeping loading and unloading responsibilities off the driver

Home Time: Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a consistent 48-hour weekend reset for dependable time at home

Your Truck:

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating
• Double bunks, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter

Equipment: Each CDL-A driver receives assigned equipment maintained on schedule and set up for comfort throughout the workweek. Climate-controlled sleeper space, entertainment, refrigeration, and power for personal electronics come standard.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license and minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience
• Professional CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with regional freight and consistent weekday route movement
