MissionHires is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver high-quality anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings. You will conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, administer various anesthetic techniques, and monitor patients intra- and post-procedure while collaborating closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams. How You'll Contribute

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics and other anesthesia techniques
• Continuously monitor patient vital signs and clinical status; adjust anesthesia as needed
• Select, prepare, calibrate, and test anesthesia equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, obstetric teams, and other clinicians to coordinate care
• Document anesthesia care accurately and timely per clinical standards and policies
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and education throughout perioperative and obstetric care

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current, valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work across surgical, obstetric, and other procedural settings
• Ability to comply with all clinical safety, equipment, and documentation standards
