Chick-fil-A is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Back of House nights Team. At Chick-fil-A, working as a Back of House nights Team Member is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment.

This full-time evening position focuses on preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and closing kitchen operations in alignment with Chick-fil-A's high standards of excellence.

This position is ideal for individuals who are not currently enrolled in high school, as team members must be available to work until 11:00 PM on weeknights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support kitchen operations during peak business hours
• Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items to quality standards
• Assist with nightly closing tasks, including:
• Cleaning equipment and kitchen surfaces
• Washing dishes and organizing supplies
• Restocking and preparing for the next day
• Work with a team to ensure efficient and timely closing procedures
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older (due to late-night schedule and labor laws)
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days Monday-Saturday from 2pm-11pm
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• NO previous restaurant experience required
