Job Overview Credit Card Call Center Representative – 100% Onsite in San Antonio, TX. The role involves handling customer calls in English and Spanish, with opportunities for growth and potential permanent placement. Responsibilities Handle approximately 75–100 calls per shift as the first point of contact for credit‑card account holders. Assist customers with account inquiries, payment details, balance reviews, and profile updates. Maintain a customer‑first mindset while managing high call volume, especially during early‑morning shifts. Facilitate seamless “warm transfers” to other departments. Meet performance metrics such as Average Handle Time and Quality Assurance scores with regular feedback. Speak with customers in both English and Spanish. Work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday). Adhere to an 8‑hour structured shift between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Attend 8 weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Time off during training is not approved; missed training time may result in assignment termination. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (required). Entry‑level experience; 0 years of experience acceptable. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills. Capacity to manage high call volume and meet performance metrics. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Schedule & Compensation Pay: $19.99 – $20.00 per hour, paid weekly. 8‑hour structured shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM, with one weekend day required. First 8 weeks of training are paid weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
