Overview To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative. Essential Functions Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage. Assist with guest packages. Transport guests to their rooms. Transport guests to meeting areas and Omni meeting rooms. Properly "log" all trips originating from the "Bell Stand". Maintain a clean appearance of uniforms. Be knowledgeable about all hotel amenities. Be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related). Balance convenience and security for the bell closet and ski‑check. Tools and Equipment Bell carts, hand truck Qualifications Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
